Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operational effectiveness, process improvement, business analysis, consulting, project management, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and process transformation efforts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with process mapping, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex operational effectiveness and business process improvement initiatives across multiple functional areas via quality tools and resources.
• Analyze current-state processes to identify performance gaps, inefficiencies, operational risks, and opportunities for optimization.
• Design and implement sustainable process improvements that improve Quality processes.
• Develop future-state process models and operational frameworks that support business objectives and scalability.
• Lead business initiatives that support Quality standardization and consistency across operations.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret Quality operational and performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop narratives that highlight behavioral opportunities and ideate ways to improve performance, measure process effectiveness and business outcomes.
• Monitor Quality performance and recommend corrective actions to address emerging risks or performance issues.
• Support enterprise transformation, operating model, and business process reengineering initiatives such as quality improvement initiatives or program changes
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate organizational impacts and develop implementation strategies.
• Lead change management activities to promote successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and operating models.
• Evaluate how technology, automation, and digital solutions can improve business processes and operational outcomes.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to define requirements and support implementation efforts.
• Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to streamline operations and enhance employee and customer experiences.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and cross-functional partners on operational effectiveness strategies.
