Job summary

Abenson Ventures, Inc. is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to manage and govern BPR and Kaizen initiatives across functions in the Philippines. You will lead the team’s improvement portfolio, drive adoption of new processes, and track benefits.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in Kaizen, BPR, or project management, strong process mapping and Lean skills, and the ability to deliver cost savings through structured playbooks and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor1s Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 23 years of experience in Kaizen, BPR, process improvement, or project management.
• Strong skills in process mapping, project management, Lean Management, and continuous improvement.
• Six Sigma Belt certification is preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver cost savings and efficiency improvements through projects.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong project portfolio and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the team’s business process improvement project portfolio.
• Lead and govern BPR and Kaizen initiatives across teams and functions.
• Evaluate project benefits, cost savings, and overall business impact.
• Develop process improvement standards, playbooks, and best practices.
• Drive adoption of improved processes and ensure consistent implementation across teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects deliver sustainable business results.
• Build team capability in process improvement, Lean, and BPR methodologies.
