Job summary

Carelon Global Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to identify and manage enhancement initiatives across the account, applying Lean, Lean Six Sigma, and RCA to optimize workflows.

You will collaborate with business teams to drive transformation, lead continuous improvement programs, and support automation projects focusing on KPIs and strategic objectives. Ideal candidates hold a BA/BS, have 3+ years of relevant experience, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt

Qualifications

Graduate of BA/BS in a related field of study.
Minimum of 3 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated ability to analyze existing and potential workflows, processes, supporting systems, and procedures and identify improvements.
Experience working in Business, Process Outsourcing, and Shared Services Operations.

Responsibilities

Leverage Lean, Lean Six Sigma, and RCA techniques and tools to identify areas and steps of business processes that can be improved or automated.
Work closely with business teams to identify and evaluate opportunities for transformation and innovation.
Lead Continuous Improvement Programs across various functions, championing the identification of process bottlenecks and variations.
Support the assigned Operations Tower on different process improvement and automation projects, tracking results of initiatives and KPIs.
Analyze current process standards and metrics to provide solutions for improvements, focusing on strategic objectives and key measurements.
Conduct process observation and mapping activities to identify opportunities that will drive process automation, transformation, RPA, and AI.
