Job summary

Abenson Ventures, Inc. is hiring a Process Analyst in the Philippines to optimize business workflows. You will immerse in current processes, capture as-is and to-be states, and run workshops with SMEs to validate improvements.

You will analyze performance, propose redesigns, and suggest automation where helpful. This role also involves creating training materials, tracking KPIs, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Candidate should demonstrate clear communication and structured project management.
• Ability to document processes with clarity and maintain version control.
• Willingness to be trained and adapt to new process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Understand current processes through immersion, observations, interviews, workshops, and time and motion studies.
• Document As-Is and To-Be processes, including workflows, policies, and SOPs.
• Analyze process performance, identify root causes, and recommend improvements.
• Design, simplify, or re-engineer business processes and recommend automation to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather requirements and validate process improvements.
• Develop training materials and support the implementation and adoption of new processes.
• Monitor KPIs, ensure process compliance, and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements.
• Maintain process documentation, version control, and revision history
