Job summary

Abenson Ventures, Inc. is looking for a Process Improvement Analyst to map, analyze, and redesign end-to-end business processes in order to boost efficiency and effectiveness across operations.

You will identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for simplification and automation, and document streamlined workflows. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will apply Lean and Kaizen to deliver sustainable improvements and develop business cases and system requirements for future-state

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Strong knowledge of process mapping, process analysis, Lean, and Kaizen.
• Proactive, focused, and critical thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to analyze and redesign end-to-end processes.
• Strong ability to develop business cases and system requirements.
• Ability to define future-state processes and controls.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
