Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior BPM professional in Taguig to lead end-to-end lifecycle management for process-driven applications. You will map and document workflows, capture functional and technical requirements, and guide AI/automation initiatives that improve efficiency and governance.

You will work with stakeholders to translate business needs into deliverables, mentor junior staff, and ensure timely delivery of projects with strong quality assurance and compliance awareness.

Qualifications

• 4-9 years in technical process documentation.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to produce high-quality reports.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Understanding of BPM methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with process mapping tools (Celonis, Signavio).
• Understanding of AI and automation.
• Knowledge of process mining or digital transformation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
• Document end-to-end workflows, maps, and functional/technical requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into requirements for enhancements or AI/automation projects.
• Recommend process and technical improvements to boost efficiency.
• Support process redesign aligned with objectives and standards.
• Lead as a team, share responsibilities, and update management on progress.
• Build productive relationships with client/on-site personnel.
• Ensure on-time delivery of tasks.
• Participate in design, development, QA, deployment, and support as required.
• Ensure solutions align with business processes, governance, and compliance.
• Update technical process documentation and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Develop Technical Process Assets and Accelerators.
