Job summary

Job Vacancy Phil is seeking a Process Excellence Specialist for the BPO industry in Pasig. The role focuses on leading process improvements, data-driven decision making, and driving efficiency through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align improvements with business goals, support change management, and partner with IT/RPA teams to identify automation opportunities that enhance operational performance.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Process Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Management Consulting.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified; Black Belt certification is an advantage.
• Proficient in data visualization and process mapping tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Visio, Lucidchart, or Signavio.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives by analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing workflows.
• Identify inefficiencies and provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance.
• Manage Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen projects from planning to implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align process improvements with business goals.
• Support change management through training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
• Partner with IT and RPA teams to identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
