Job summary

WD is seeking a Lead Specialist IV, Process Excellence & Program Management to spearhead the design, deployment, and sustainment of continuous improvement programs in the Philippine Head Operations. You will drive AI-augmented problem solving, mentor teams, and lead cross-functional initiatives with a strong emphasis on Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/AWE related field; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Process Excellence, data analytics or AI-enabled innovation is desirable.
• Open to leadership roles guiding Professionals and Managers

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Process Excellence roadmap for Head Backend Operations
• Facilitate CI initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and DMAIC
• Define KPIs: cost savings, cycle time, yield, defects
• Integrate AI-enabled problem solving into standard toolkit
• Mentor professionals and managers in CI and AI skills
• Develop and manage AI-enabled innovation pipelines
