You will enable operational excellence by strengthening CI capabilities at professional and manager levels and driving measurable business impact through AI-augmented methods.

Qualifications

• Experience leading continuous improvement programs in large-scale operations
• Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, or DMAIC methodologies

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Process Excellence initiatives across cross-functional teams
• Integrate AI-enabled problem solving and DMAIC frameworks into operations
• Mentor Professionals and Managers in CI and AI tool use
