Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. in the Philippines seeks an experienced innovator to lead upstream NPD and portfolio governance, translating signals into opportunities and building decision tools for governance.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep pipelines healthy and decision-ready. You will drive dashboards, playbooks, and briefs, accelerating learning velocity through post-launch debriefs and playbook releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5–10+ years in innovation, NPD, or portfolio roles in FMCG.
• Proven upstream pipeline experience and governance.
• Ability to translate trends into opportunities and briefs.
• Experience working with Insights, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams.
• Proficient in Google Slides/Sheets; dashboards or playbooks experience.
• Familiar with research/trend sources and AI tools.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure every category’s future pipeline stays full by mapping signals to white spaces, creating Structured Opportunity Briefs, and maintaining portfolio health and decision readiness.
• Co-develop and maintain a single set of NPD decision tools—frameworks, templates, and gate checklists—embedded in governance to standardize how opportunities are framed, tested, and advanced, improving clarity, rigor, and speed.
• Institutionalize learning velocity through learning interventions, post-launch debriefs, and playbook releases that continuously sharpen NPD thinking rigor and decision discipline—raising decision quality and speed.

What Makes You A Great Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5–10+ years of experience in innovation, NPD, brand/category management, insights, strategy, or portfolio roles, preferably in FMCG/consumer goods.
• Proven experience managing upstream innovation pipelines, opportunity discovery, and portfolio governance.
• Strong ability to translate research, trends, and market signals into actionable opportunities and briefs.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Insights, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams.
• Proficient in Google Slides/Sheets, with experience creating dashboards, templates, or playbooks.
• Familiarity with research/trend sources and AI tools, with strong project organization and follow-through.
