Job summary

Amanpulo, nestled in the Cuyo Archipelago of northern Palawan, Philippines, seeks a Sports & Recreation Coordinator to design and deliver engaging guest activities in a ultra‑luxury setting. You will coordinate sports and water-based programs, ensuring safety and superb service while supporting daily operations and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in a relevant field with 2–5 years’ experience in hospitality activities, plus excellent English communication and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism Management, Sports and Recreation Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sports and recreation or related hospitality operations.
• Prior experience with international or luxury hotel brands is an advantage.
• Knowledge of sports and recreational activities including water sports, snorkeling, and diving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support a variety of sports, water sports, and recreational activities.
• Provide guests with accurate information and personalized recommendations.
• Assist in maintaining activity areas and equipment and improve programs based on feedback.
• Welcome guests to activities, explain rules, and encourage participation.
• Assist in planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating day-to-day activity programs and events.
