Aman Group, home to Amanpulo, seeks an Assistant Boutique Manager to lead the luxury boutique on Amanpulo. You will drive guest experiences, sales, and operational excellence while mentoring a high-performing team on a private island resort.

Key duties include inventory control, visual merchandising, cross-department collaboration, and reporting retail performance. Prior leadership in luxury retail is essential; a passion for hospitality is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience within luxury fashion, accessories, wellness, beauty, or hospitality retail preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the boutique team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve business objectives.
• Achieve boutique sales, profitability, and KPI targets.
• Build and maintain a high-value client database.
• Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory control, stock replenishment, and stock movement records.
• Ensure boutique presentation reflects Aman brand standards.
• Execute visual merchandising guidelines and seasonal product launches.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Villa, Spa, and Food & Beverage teams to maximize retail opportunities.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly retail performance reports.
• Work with Finance to ensure consigners are paid on schedule.

Assistant Boutique Manager - Amanpulo Role

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Assistant Boutique Manager responsible for leading and developing the boutique within the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong commercial performance, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
