Job summary

Amanpulo is seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager to lead the luxury boutique on Pamalican Island, Palawan. The role focuses on developing the boutique, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving strong commercial performance.

You will lead and mentor the boutique team, manage inventory and visual merchandising, and collaborate with Front Office, Villa, Spa, and F&B to maximize retail opportunities while reporting performance to senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience within luxury fashion, accessories, wellness, beauty, or hospitality retail preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the boutique team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve business objectives.
• Achieve boutique sales, profitability, and KPI targets.
• Build and maintain a high-value client database.
• Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory control, stock replenishment, and stock movement records.
• Ensure boutique presentation consistently reflects Aman brand standards.
• Execute visual merchandising guidelines and seasonal product launches.
• Work closely with Front Office, Villa, Spa, and Food & Beverage teams to maximize retail opportunities.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly retail performance reports.
• Work closely with Finance to ensure that consigners are paid on schedule.
