Job summary

Aman Group on Amanpulo Island, Philippines, seeks a proactive Sports & Recreation Coordinator to design engaging guest activities and coordinate a range of water sports and recreational offerings. You will ensure safety, superior service, and smooth daily operations while tailoring experiences to guest interests.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in hospitality activities, strong English communication, and familiarity with luxury hotel environments; luxury service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related hospitality field.
• 2–5 years in sports, recreation or guest activities.
• Experience with luxury hotel brands is a plus.
• Strong English communication and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative tasks of the Sports & Recreation Department.
• Respond to guest inquiries about diving, snorkeling and water sports.
• Provide information on available activities and encourage participation.
• Welcome guests to activities, explain rules, and introduce participants.
• Coordinate and implement social activities for guests.
• Assist in planning and evaluating day-to-day activity programs.
• Support equipment maintenance and facility upkeep.
• Contribute ideas to grow the department and handle special projects.
• Assist with guest requests and help other staff as needed.
