Job summary

Aman Group, welcoming guests to Amanpulo on Pamalican Island, seeks a Sports & Recreation Coordinator to manage diverse activities and ensure top-tier guest experiences. You will coordinate water sports, organize events, and maintain safety and service standards within a luxury, private-island setting.

The role requires a degree in hotel/rec management or related field, several years in hospitality activities, excellent English, and strong organizational skills for fast-paced operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism Management, Sports and Recreation Management, or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily administrative tasks of the Sports & Recreation Department.
• Responds to guests’ inquiries regarding best spots for diving and snorkeling.
• Provides information about water sports activities and facilitates participation.
• Welcome guests to activities, explain rules, and coordinate social activities.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and evaluating day-to-day activity programs and events.
• Support the Sports & Recreation Manager with special projects and departmental growth.
