Aman Group seeks a Sports & Recreation Coordinator for Amanpulo on Pamalican Island. You will coordinate sports and water activities, guide guests, and support daily operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a private island setting.

Responsibilities include assisting in program planning, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with the team to meet high service standards while ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Restaurant or related field required.
• 2–5 years in sports, recreation or guest activities preferred.
• Experience with international or luxury hotel brands is a plus.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support a variety of sports, water sports, and guest activities.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and evaluating day-to-day activity programs.
• Provide guests with information and personalized recommendations.
• Maintain activity areas and equipment; ensure guest safety and service standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries and assist with special events and projects.
