You will leverage an established network with private companies, developers, property owners, and decision-makers to generate qualified leads and convert them into successful projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or project acquisition.
• Existing connections/network with private companies, developers, property owners, or potential project clients is highly preferred.
• Experience in securing construction projects is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
• Able to independently identify opportunities and develop them into actual projects.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Background in construction, real estate, or property development is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop potential private construction projects and business opportunities.
• Utilize professional networks and industry connections to generate qualified leads.
• Build relationships with private companies, developers, property owners, and key decision-makers.
• Source, pursue, and follow up on potential projects from lead generation to project award.
• Prepare and present proposals, company presentations, quotations, and other business documents.
• Negotiate with prospective clients and assist in closing project opportunities.
• Maintain strong and long-term client relationships.
• Monitor market opportunities, upcoming developments, and potential projects.
• Coordinate with the Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Project Teams.
• Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and industry activities.
• Meet agreed business development and project acquisition targets.
