Myvan Holdings, Inc. in Cebu City is seeking a Sales Manager to lead business development for construction and contracting services.

You will identify and cultivate relationships with private companies, developers, contractors, and project owners to grow the client base. You will collaborate with estimating, engineering, and operations teams to prepare competitive proposals, negotiate contracts, and close projects while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and reporting progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in construction, contracting, engineering, real estate, or related industry.
• Proven ability to generate leads and secure business from private companies and developers.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop potential private clients, property developers, contractors, and project owners.
• Prospect and generate new business opportunities for construction and contracting projects.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with developers, business owners, consultants, and key decision-makers.
• Present the company's construction capabilities, services, project experience, and proposals to potential clients.
• Monitor upcoming private construction and development projects and identify opportunities where the company can participate.
• Coordinate with the estimating, engineering, and operations teams to prepare competitive proposals and quotations.
• Lead negotiations with prospective clients and work toward securing contracts and project awards.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly provide updates on leads, opportunities, proposals, and closing status.
• Develop strategies to expand the company's client base and increase project acquisition.
• Attend business meetings, site visits, networking events, and client presentations as needed.
