Job summary

Manpower (Philippines) is seeking a junior pre-sales professional in Metro Manila to engage customers, coordinate with the technical team, and craft technical plans. You will handle requirements, BOM identification, and RFQ responses, while supporting post- sales activities and price book maintenance.

The role requires 0–2 years telco experience, strong communication, and teamwork skills to effectively support sales and project delivery in a dynamic telecom environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify key customer technical requirements and provide solutions.
• Generate new and revised commercial proposals.

• Register Purchased Orders and update delivery status.
• Support contract amendments and project closure in the system.
• Maintain price list/price book and assist quarterly demand forecast.

Job description

Pre-sales Planning

Proactively engage and build a broad relationship with customers and simultaneously, coordinate with the technical team to make technical plans with customers. Performs pre-sales activities such including but not limited to,

• Identify key Customer’s technical requirements and provide solutions;
• Generate new and revised commercial proposal;
• Identify the Bill of Materials;
• Manage and coordinate responses for Request of Quotation.

Customer Management

Support post-sales activity including but not limited to,

• Received Purchased Order registration in the system;
• Update customer on delivery status;
• Support in contract amendments in system for changes in solution;
• Support in closure of Contract/Purchased order delivered solution in internal system;
• Reconciliation of costing upon site implementation versus the purchased order as part of project closure.

Others

Unit Price List (UPL)/ Price Book maintenance and management for existing and large projects in the system. Support sales team in generating quarterly demand forecast.

Business Information

it is an advantage to have basic understanding and knowledge on the network domains (e.g., Wireless, IP, Transport, Fixed Access, etc.) in telecommunication field.

Qualification

• Less than 1 -2 years experience as telco background
