Job summary

GAINSTRONG TALENT SOLUTIONS CORP. seeks an experienced Technical Support Representative for our Premium Consumer Electronics Account. Candidates should have BPO technical support experience and a passion for technology and customer service.

You will provide technical support, assist with setup and troubleshooting, document interactions, and follow procedures to ensure quality. On-site with shifting schedules, English communication must be strong, and customer focus is essential.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2nd year of college with no back subjects or an Associate Graduate.
• More than 1 year to 3 years of BPO/Contact Center experience.
• Previous BPO Technical Support experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused and comfortable assisting customers with technical concerns.
• Willing to work on-site and on a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for premium consumer electronics products.
• Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and technical concerns.
• Diagnose issues and provide appropriate step-by-step solutions.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Document customer interactions and troubleshooting steps accurately.
• Follow established technical support procedures and quality standards.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Maintain a positive customer experience throughout every interaction.
