Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Excellent English communication, both spoken and written.
• Strong customer service orientation with a helpful attitude.
• Able to multitask and manage multiple interactions concurrently.
• Patient, calm, and able to handle challenging situations with composure.
• Proficient with computers and quick to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and other communication channels
• Providing accurate product and service information to resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently
• Processing customer requests, orders and transactions with attention to detail and accuracy
• Maintaining comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions in our systems
• Identifying and escalating complex issues to senior team members or management when necessary
• Building rapport with customers and delivering a positive experience that encourages loyalty and satisfaction
• Following company protocols, scripts and guidelines whilst maintaining a professional demeanour
• Meeting performance targets including call handling times, customer satisfaction scores and quality benchmarks
• Contributing to team success through collaboration and support of colleagues
