Responsibilities

• Processing customer transactions, requests, and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records in the system.
• Following established protocols and quality guidelines to ensure consistent service standards.
• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery and address complex issues.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and customer experience enhancements.
• Meeting performance targets including call times, customer satisfaction scores, and productivity metrics.
• Staying updated on product knowledge and company policies through ongoing training.
