Job summary

Jennson Packaging Corporation is seeking a Logistics Staff to manage efficient handling, documentation, and distribution of corrugated boxes and raw materials. You will coordinate with Sales, Production, Warehouse, and Accounting to meet customer requirements and ensure timely deliveries.

The role includes preparing driving schedules, processing invoices and DRs, and maintaining accurate records. A background in logistics, invoicing, or related fields and strong attention to detail are essential

Qualifications

Graduate of any business-related, logistics, or accounting-related course.
At least 1 year experience in logistics, warehouse, or invoicing (manufacturing experience is an advantage).
Knowledge in invoicing systems and documentation processes.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Dispatch and delivery coordination, prepare and schedule deliveries based on customer orders and production output.
Coordinate with drivers and helpers for timely dispatch and ensure completeness of delivery requirements.
Monitor delivery status and ensure on-time completion; track discrepancies between delivered and invoiced items.
