Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of packaging items, conduct regular cycle counts, and reconcile physical inventory with system records.

• Production Support: Issue and distribute packaging materials to production lines according to active manufacturing schedules to prevent workflow delays.

• Supplier Coordination: Work with procurement and external suppliers to track incoming deliveries and resolve material shortages or delayed shipments

• System Tracking: Record all material receipts, issuances, and adjustments in enterprise software or internal to maintain data accuracy.

• Waste Reduction: Track material consumption, identify damaged or obsolete stock, and recommend ways to minimize packaging waste.
