Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking an experienced inventory/ logistics professional for on-site work in Cavite.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of relevant experience, with the ability to manage people and perform under pressure while maintaining strong analytical skills. Key duties include overseeing CIC, JIT call-off, Oracle clerk activities, monitoring daily excess parts, and coordinating with buyers and vendors.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year related course.
• At least 3 years experience.
• Can handle people and work under pressure.
• Good analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Receives instruction from Manager/ Korean adviser.
• Overseeing CIC, JIT Call off and Oracle clerk activities.
• Assisting/ replacing CIC/ JIT Call officer during his/ her absence.
• Monitor daily excess incoming parts based on requirements.
• Assist escalating of material issue / critical parts to concerned personnel.
• Assist Follow up of critical parts to SE buyer.
• Assist Follow up delivery from JIT vendors.
• Analyze excess and non moving materials for possible RTS or RTV and for transfer to other facilities.
• Prepare projected inventory.
• Updating weekly/ monthly KPI.
• Assist on the investigation for any possible discrepancy.
