Job summary

Ingram Micro is hiring a Pre-Sales Solution Design Associate to work directly with reseller and internal partners, helping them build complete technology solutions for their customers. You’ll assess needs and assemble the right mix of products, services, warranties, and support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 2–3 years in pre-sales, technology, customer support, or a solutions role.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard business software.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Willingness to work night shift (US time zone) and 10 days RTO monthly (two consecutive weeks).

Responsibilities

• Talk through customer requirements, budget, timeline, and business goals with reseller and internal partners.
• Recommend and assemble complete solutions: products, services, warranties, maintenance, and adjacent technologies.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities that add real value.
• Support partners across phone, email, chat, and scheduled virtual meetings.
• Log opportunity details accurately: budget, end user, requirements, decision process, expected close date.
• Hit your productivity, engagement, and sales metrics consistently.
• Work with internal teams to keep the customer experience smooth end to end.
