Job summary

Ingram Micro Philippines BPO LLC seeks a Pre-Sales Solution Design Associate to translate customer requirements into tailored technology solutions. You will partner with resellers and internal teams to design end-to-end solutions across hardware, software, cloud, and services, while identifying cross-sell opportunities.

The role requires a 2+ year background in pre-sales or related tech roles, strong English communication, and a willingness to work US night hours in a hybrid setup with 10 onsite

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales, solution design, customer support, or related technology role.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business applications.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Willingness to work night shift (US hours) and follow a hybrid work arrangement with 10 days onsite per month (2 consecutive weeks).

Responsibilities

• Engage with reseller partners and internal stakeholders to understand customer requirements, objectives, budgets, and timelines.
• Design and recommend end-to-end technology solutions, including hardware, software, cloud offerings, warranties, maintenance services, and complementary products.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities that enhance customer value and business growth.
• Support customer and partner inquiries through phone, email, chat, and virtual meetings.
• Accurately document opportunities, including customer requirements, budget, decision-making process, and expected close dates.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and operational teams to ensure seamless delivery of recommended solutions.
• Maintain productivity, engagement, and performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay informed about technology trends, vendor offerings, and solution portfolios.
