• Work with internal teams to keep the customer experience smooth end to end.

About the Role

We're hiring a Pre-Sales Solution Design Associate to work directly with reseller and internal partners over the phone, helping them build complete technology solutions for their customers. You'll uncover what a customer actually needs, then put together the right mix of products, services, warranties, and support to meet it, while spotting the cross-sell and upsell opportunities that come with doing that well. This is a consultative, relationship-driven role. You're not reading a script, you're diagnosing a business need and building the answer.

What You'll Do

• Talk through customer requirements, budget, timeline, and business goals with reseller and internal partners
• Recommend and assemble complete solutions: products, services, warranties, maintenance, and adjacent technologies
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities that add real value, not just line items
• Support partners across phone, email, chat, and scheduled virtual meetings
• Log opportunity details accurately: budget, end user, requirements, decision process, expected close date
• Hit your productivity, engagement, and sales metrics consistently
• Work with internal teams to keep the customer experience smooth end to end

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
• Must have at least 2-3 years in Pre-sales, technology, customer support, or a solutions role
• Strong English written and verbal communication
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and standard business software
• Able to juggle multiple priorities without losing track of details
• Willing to work on night shift (US timezone) and 10 days RTO monthly (2 consecutive weeks)

Nice to Have

• Technology industry certifications
• Experience selling or supporting technology products and solutions
• Background in consultative sales, account management, inside sales, or technical support
• Working knowledge of IT hardware, software, cloud, or networking
