Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 2–4 years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or related IT roles.
• Strong knowledge of IT infra, networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity concepts.
• Experience in solution design, BOM/SOW proposals, and vendor coordination.
• Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes and enterprise sales cycles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications such as CCNA, AWS, or Azure are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account managers to identify, qualify, and develop sales opportunities while understanding client requirements.
• Design and present end-to-end technology solutions across IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, data protection, VoIP, and business continuity.
• Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, POCs, and technical workshops.
• Develop detailed technical documents: proposals, BOM, SOW, and solution designs aligned with client needs.
• Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and partners for pricing, licensing, and solution compatibility.
• Translate complex tech concepts into clear business value for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support bid management activities: RFPs, RFQs, and other tenders.
• Stay current with emerging tech trends and competitive solutions.
• Ensure smooth handover of solutions to post-sales, delivery, and implementation teams.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
