Job summary

Exclusive Networks is seeking a detail-oriented Post-Sales Engineer in the Philippines to support implementation projects and ensure customer success across the product portfolio. You will lead project kick-offs, document procedures, obtain signed UAT, and hand projects over to the post-sales or partner teams while maintaining SLA adherence and ongoing knowledge of roadmap and updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Strong knowledge in networking, security, virtualization and cloud (AWS/Azure).
• Experience as a Post-Sales Engineer or similar role in customer support.
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer-first communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales support and project implementation and KT.
• Meet SLAs and deliver projects on time for reseller base.
• Conduct kickoff meetings and document implementation procedures.
• Obtain signed UAT from end user after activities.
• Document processes and hand over projects to post-sales team.
• Stay updated with new solutions, patches, and deployment guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of roadmap and product portfolio; meet KPIs.
