Job summary

Nordic is hiring a Mid-Level Power BI Developer to join our Reporting & Data Analytics team in Manila, Philippines. You will build and optimize dashboards, models, and insights that drive service level performance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of Power BI experience, with hands-on skills in DAX, Power Query, and SQL. You will collaborate with Service Management and integrate with ServiceNow and Genesys to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, CS, or IS.
• 2–4 years of Power BI development focusing on operational reporting.
• Proficiency in Power BI Desktop/Service, DAX, Power Query.
• Experience integrating Power BI with ServiceNow and/or Genesys.
• Strong analytical thinking and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards visualizing SLA and operational KPIs.
• Design data models to support SLA tracking.
• Connect Power BI to ServiceNow, Genesys and other systems.
• Create advanced calculations for forecasting and trend analysis.
• Optimize performance for large datasets.
• Collaborate with Service Management to translate business needs into insights.
• Maintain governance and data security across reporting solutions.
