Job summary

E-team Workforce Private Corporation is seeking a Power BI Developer / Dashboard Specialist to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions that drive data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

You will build data models, DAX measures, and integrate data from SQL, Excel, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and APIs; optimize performance; apply data governance and security (RLS); collaborate with stakeholders; and leverage Copilot and AI tools to speed up dashboard

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on Power BI experience (Desktop & Service).
• Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
• Experience with SQL databases and multiple data sources.
• Understanding of dashboard design and data visualization best practices.
• In-depth experience using Copilot or AI-powered analytics tools is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
