Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in business intelligence or data analytics roles.
• Strong experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred).
• Proven experience designing data models, semantic layers, and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data lifecycle.
• Experience working with enterprise data environments and large datasets.
• Experience collaborating with data engineering teams on data preparation and availability.
• Understanding of data governance frameworks, KPI definition, and reporting standardization.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of dashboards, reports, and KPIs using BI tools (Power BI).
• Define and implement scalable data models and semantic layers to support business reporting needs.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions that drive decision-making.
• Ensure usability, performance, and scalability of BI solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and analytical use cases.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and trends.
• Support strategic initiatives by delivering high-quality analytics and performance measurement frameworks.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on BI and data usage.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality of data used across reporting solutions.
• Apply and promote data governance principles, including standardized definitions and KPIs.
• Validate data and support user acceptance testing for BI deliverables.
• Work closely with Azure and data engineering teams to define data requirements and ensure data availability.
• Consume curated datasets and ensure alignment between data models and business needs.
• Contribute to the definition of data structures and transformations required for reporting (without owning ingestion pipelines).
• Act as a BI subject matter expert within the organization.
• Define and enforce BI standards, guidelines, and best practices across the organization.
• Provide training and documentation to business users and stakeholders
