Job summary

Qualifications

• > Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• > 2–4 years of Power BI development with a focus on operational and service reporting.
• > Proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service; strong DAX and Power Query skills.
• > Experience integrating Power BI with ServiceNow and/or Genesys; solid SQL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• > Develop Advanced Dashboards: Build and maintain Power BI dashboards visualizing SLA and operational KPIs.
• > Data Modeling & Analytics: Design data models to support SLA tracking and reporting.
• > Enterprise Tool Integration: Connect Power BI to ServiceNow, Genesys and other systems for unified reporting.
• > Optimizations: Ensure dashboards are fast and scalable for large datasets.
• > Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate business needs into actionable insights with Service Management.
