REED ELSEVIER SHARED SERVICES (PHILIPPINES) INC. in Metro Manila is seeking an Account Associate to manage the post-sales onboarding, ongoing support, renewals and upsell opportunities, ensuring customer engagement and loyalty.

You will coordinate exhibitor sponsorship deliverables, act as the primary contact, and drive satisfaction through proactive communication, onboarding, and tailored account management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder (in any field).
• At least 1 year of relevant experience (Customer Service or Sales preferred).
• Experience in voice (outbound) / non-voice setup.
• Skilled in written and spoken communication.
• Basic skills in using Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic skills in telephonic system tools (Jabber, Enghouse Touchpoint).
• Experience dealing with various stakeholders globally.
• Experience navigating different show websites.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide one consistent point of contact and hands-on support throughout the post-sale process.
• Cover exhibitor needs with proactive communication and timely updates to achieve business goals.
• Deliver excellent service related to exhibitor success, digital awareness, sponsorship opportunities and event support.
• Identify ways to keep clients engaged for future opportunities.
• Follow up after events to gather feedback and offer support.
• Ensure all sponsorship items are delivered on time and without issues.
• Assign a clear point of contact for third-party suppliers, operations and marketing.
• Turn sold sponsorship into successful real-world results.
• Create clearer workflows between sales, marketing and operations.
• Share updates and client feedback to stay aligned.
• Help clients understand and maximize sponsorship benefits.
• Identify opportunities to offer additional sponsorship products.
