You will be the primary contact, ensuring onboarding, engagement, and successful execution of deliverables across RX events. Leveraging platforms like Salesforce, Atlas, Eloqua and Smartsheet, you will track activities, generate reports with Google Analytics and PowerBI, and collaborate across sales, marketing and operations to improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder (in any field).
• At least 1 year of relevant experience (Customer Service or Sales preferred).
• Experience in voice (outbound) / non-voice setup.
• Skilled in written and spoken communication.
• Basic skills in using Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic skills in using telephonic system (Jabber, Enghouse Touchpoint).
• Experience dealing with various stakeholders in a global perspective.
• Basic skills in using and navigating through different show websites.
• Experience managing cross functional projects.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional post-sales support and ensure exhibitor satisfaction.
• Drive sponsorship fulfillment and ROI through proactive communication and onboarding.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations to streamline workflows.
• Manage sponsorship products, timelines, and third-party coordination.
• Provide consistent point of contact and timely updates to exhibitors.
• Standardize reporting and enhance lead retrieval for exhibitors.
