Job summary

RELX is seeking a Customer Success Associate in Manila to support exhibitors before and during events. You will be the main contact for post-sale support, guiding exhibitors through onboarding, dashboards, and registration processes, while coordinating withSalesforce-enabled teams.

You will work across the Customer Success/Operations function, handling inquiries, requests, and upsell opportunities, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from prospecting to post-event follow-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience dealing with various stakeholders in a global perspective.
• Experience in voice and non-voice setups.
• Basic skills in using Salesforce.
• Basic skills in Exhibitor Dashboard and related systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Good written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for after-sales exhibitor support.
• Increase loyalty and rebooking of exhibitors.
• Follow the 4-touchpoint flow and participate in event kickoff.
• Onboard exhibitors promptly to improve satisfaction.
• Support sales processes from prospecting to upselling and servicing.
• Ensure exhibitor profiles are completed in Atlas dashboards.
• Log activities in Salesforce and schedule follow-ups.
• Assist with badge registrations and navigation through exhibitor manuals.
• Identify opportunities to offer value-added services.
