• Handle escalated customer concerns and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Manage warranty programs, service policies, and customer feedback initiatives to support continuous improvement.
• Prepare and monitor departmental budgets, analyze operational costs, and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Oversee inventory management, parts pricing, and resource allocation to maintain operational efficiency.
