Job summary

UPS is seeking an Administrative professional to support Post Sales SPLUS clients, handling operational processes and inventory management across US, Canada and Latin America. You will maintain order and inventory accuracy, respond to business requirements, and coordinate RCCA reviews.

This permanent full-time role based in Pampanga offers daily collaborative work with cross‑functional teams, backup support for colleagues, and ad‑hoc reporting while ensuring compliance with corporate standards

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Special Projects
• Set up and Maintain Order Entry Module Specifics for each Customer
• Set up and Maintain Inventory Module Specifics for each Customer
• Inventory Research and Reconciliation
• Daily Inventory Control
• System Adjustments on incorrect On Hand Balances (after Research & Reconciliation)
• Warehouse Resource for Instructions, Training, and Go-To Support
• Customer Annual and/or Performance Driven Physical Inventories
• Call Center Resource for Instructions and Go-To Support
• Customer “One-Stop-Shopping” Escalation Point
• Customer Ad-Hoc Reporting Requests
• Customer Operational Change Notifications
• Operational Compliance Conference Calls
