Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales Technical Support: participate in customer meetings and demonstrations.
• Service Delivery & Implementation: support delivery and provide technical guidance during projects.
• After-Sales Technical Support: respond to inquiries and troubleshoot network and product issues.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Customer Service, Customer Success, and regional teams.
