Job summary

Exclusive Networks is seeking a detail-oriented Post-Sales Engineer in the Philippines to support implementation projects and ensure customer success across the product portfolio. You will lead project kick-offs, document procedures, obtain signed UAT, and hand projects over to the post-sales or partner teams while maintaining SLA adherence and ongoing knowledge of roadmap and updates.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The role reports to the Sales Director.

As a Post-Sales Engineer, You Will

• Responsible in providing post sales support and project implementation and KT
• Ensure that the SLAs are met and project timelines are delivered on a timely manner to Exclusive Networks reseller base across the product portfolio
• Ensure that the below process are observed/practices:
• Conducting a project kick off meeting with customer & documenting the implementation procedures
• Aligning project implementation within the signed scope of work agreed with the end user
• Obtaining a signed UAT from the authorized end user contact person after completing an implementation activity
• Documentation for processes and procedures
• Hand over of projects to partner account or post sales team
• Keeping up to date with new solutions, new product patches & updates, support options, deployment guidelines, etc.
• Maintain knowledge of roadmap, technology and product portfolio and share with the team
• Ensure that certification requirements across the product portfolio is met
• Ticket management and assignment within the SLAs in Vision ticketing system
• Work closely with the Post Sales Team Lead & colleagues to achieve goals and KPIs

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Must have strong knowledge in networking, security, virtualization, cloud (AWS/Azure)
• Must have working knowledge in technologies such as SASE, SSE, SDWAN, XDR, SIEM.
• Must have working knowledge with SAAS platforms
• Proven work experience as a Post-Sales Engineer or similar role in customer support.
• Strong technical background with excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mentality.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
