Job summary

Exclusive Networks PH Inc is seeking a diligent Post-Sales Engineer to provide post-sales support and drive project implementations across the product portfolio.

You will ensure SLAs are met, conduct kickoff meetings, document procedures, obtain end-user UAT signatures, hand over projects to partners, and stay current with new solutions, patches, and deployment guidelines. Strong technical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Must have strong knowledge in networking, security, virtualization, cloud (AWS/Azure).
• Must have working knowledge in technologies such as SASE, SSE, SDWAN, XDR, SIEM.
• Must have working knowledge with SAAS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales support and project implementation across product portfolio.
• Ensure SLAs are met and project timelines are delivered to reseller base.
• Conduct project kick-off meetings with customers and document implementation procedures.
• Align project implementation within signed scope of work and obtain signed UAT from end user.
• Document processes and procedures; hand over projects to partner/account teams.
• Stay up-to-date with new solutions, patches, and deployment guidelines.
