Job summary

Exclusive Networks is seeking a proactive Post-Sales Engineer to support customers after purchase and drive successful project implementations. You will manage knowledge transfer, maintain SLA compliance, and ensure timely delivery across our reseller network.

Ideal candidates have a solid engineering or IT background with hands-on experience in networking, security, virtualization, and cloud services. Strong communication and collaboration with the sales and post-sales teams are essential for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is required.
• Strong knowledge in networking, security, virtualization and cloud (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with post-sales support and project delivery.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales support and assist in project implementation and knowledge transfer.
• Ensure SLAs and project timelines are met for the reseller base across the product portfolio.
• Maintain knowledge of roadmap, technology and product portfolio and share with the team.
• Ensure certification requirements across the product portfolio are met.
• Ticket management within SLAs in Vision ticketing system.
• Collaborate with Post Sales Team Lead and colleagues to achieve goals and KPIs.
