Qualifications

• IT degree or networking certification required.
• CCNA certification desirable.
• Strong customer service mindset and client-focused approach.
• Understanding of networking protocols and network security technologies.
• Basic Cisco routing, switching, DHCP, QoS, and IP routing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line network support through phone, email, and tickets.
• Proactively maintain customer IT infrastructure, systems, and networking equipment.
• Troubleshoot incidents remotely using diagnostic techniques and targeted questions.
• Identify appropriate solutions based on customer issues and details.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting and problem-solving processes.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support teams.
• Maintain incident logs, resolutions, and customer updates.
• Ensure SLAs are consistently met without missed conditions.
• Identify process improvements and share feedback with internal team.
