Job summary

Power Mac Center is seeking an Applications Supervisor to lead the management, optimization, and support of our Octopus POS business applications. You will ensure data integrity, configure and troubleshoot applications, and train users across departments.

The role requires 3+ years managing or supporting business applications, with a bachelor’s degree in a related field and strong ERP/CRM experience. Standard office hours with occasional after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities required.
• Experience with ERP/CRM or other enterprise software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for POS applications and resolve complex issues.
• Lead system updates, maintenance, and testing to ensure smooth operations.
• Configure and customize business applications to meet needs.
• Develop training materials and mentor users and junior staff.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and regular audits.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Support, and coordinate with vendors for upgrades.
