Job summary

Power Mac Center is seeking an Applications Supervisor to lead the management, optimization, and support of our Octopus POS business applications. You will ensure data integrity, configure and troubleshoot applications, and train users across departments.

The role requires 3+ years managing or supporting business applications, with a bachelor’s degree in a related field and strong ERP/CRM experience. Standard office hours with occasional after-hours support may be required.

We are looking for a skilled Applications Supervisor (POS System) to lead the management, optimization, and support of our Octopus POS business applications. This role ensures operational efficiency, data integrity, and alignment with organizational goals through configuration, troubleshooting, user training, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Application Support

• Provide expert-level support for POS applications, resolving complex issues and user inquiries promptly
• Lead system updates, maintenance, and testing to ensure smooth and efficient operations

2. Configuration and Optimization

• Configure and customize business applications to meet evolving operational needs
• Identify, recommend, and implement workflow improvements to maximize efficiency

3. Training and Documentation

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials for users
• Maintain thorough documentation of processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides
• Mentor junior specialists and end-users

4. Data Management and Reporting

• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data within the applications
• Conduct regular audits and implement best practices to maintain high-quality data

5. Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with internal teams, including Finance, Operations, and Support, to gather requirements and implement solutions
• Coordinate with vendors and external support teams for complex issues, upgrades, and feature implementations

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Information Technology, or a related field

Job Knowledge:

• Proficient in ERP, CRM, or other enterprise software

Experience:
