Job summary

Solenne Home Corporation is seeking a diligent IT professional to manage and troubleshoot our POS systems and related business software. The role involves monitoring performance, configuring systems, and ensuring secure, reliable data across departments.

The ideal candidate has a IT/CS background, familiarity with POS software, and basic programming knowledge. This onsite position requires coordination with multiple teams to implement solutions and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, or related course.
• Knowledgeable in POS systems setup, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with software applications, databases, and system administration.
• Experience in POS system management, inventory systems, or retail software is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of programming, system integration, and database management preferred.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to resolve technical issues.
• Willing to work onsite and coordinate with different departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the company's POS systems and other business software.
• Monitor system performance and ensure proper functioning of POS transactions and related operations.
• Configure, update, and maintain POS systems based on operational requirements.
• Identify and resolve system errors, technical issues, and software-related concerns.
• Assist in system development, enhancement, and automation of business processes.
• Manage and monitor system databases, sales records, inventory, and other system-generated reports.
• Provide technical support and guidance to employees regarding POS and other company systems.
• Coordinate with different departments to identify system requirements and implement appropriate solutions.
• Ensure the accuracy, security, and reliability of company systems and data.
