Home Credit Philippines is seeking a senior POS systems operations professional to ensure accuracy, stability, and continuous improvement of product configurations and supporting systems. The role involves audits, issue analysis, and cross-system impact assessment to drive preventive solutions and align IT, Process Managers, and stakeholders for reliable POS loan applications.

• 4–7+ years in product support, POS systems, or technical operations.
• Experience with system issues, audits, or process improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights.
• Comfortable working across multiple teams and functions.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify trends, risks, and cross-system impacts.

Responsibilities

• Audit POS product systems, workflows, data, and product code setups to identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies.
• Perform root cause analysis of tickets and escalations for complex code setup issues.
• Collaborate with IT, Product, and Process Managers to implement improvements and track impact.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation of setup rules and dependencies.
• Support testing, validation, and rollout of changes across systems.
• Monitor issue trends and provide insights to reduce recurring defects.
