Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a seasoned specialist to ensure POS product configurations and supporting systems are accurate, stable, and continuously improved. You will audit systems, analyze issues, and drive preventive solutions across IT, product managers, and stakeholders for reliable POS loan applications.

Responsibilities include cross-system impact management, documenting dependencies, and coordinating with diverse teams to implement changes with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7+ years of experience in product support, POS systems, or technical operations.
• Experience handling system issues, audits, or process improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• System Audit, Issue Analysis & Continuous Improvement to identify gaps and risks.
• Analyze tickets and complex product code issues to perform root cause analysis (RCA).
• Collaborate with IT and business teams on issue resolution and enhancements.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation including setup rules and dependencies.
• Cross-System Impact Management across Finance, CRM, Risk, IT.
