Job summary

Adventure Consultancy Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking a Payment & POS Technical Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical and operational support to clients and merchants across payment operations, POS, and e-commerce setups.

You will work with international customers and offshore teams to assess issues, guide next steps, and coordinate resolutions with internal and external partners. Strong English skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any field.
1–2 years of experience in technical support or similar role.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Above-average logical, numerical, and verbal reasoning.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions or client information.

Responsibilities

Serve as first point of contact for client and merchant requests.
Provide responsive support through email, chat, and phone.
Understand issues and provide clear next steps and guidance.
Troubleshoot basic POS, payment, access, and configuration issues.
Assist with payment systems, methods, and related configurations.
Support e-commerce platform setup and troubleshooting.
Assist with basic integration requirements and minor integration issues.
Support onboarding of new merchants with setup and configuration.
Process manual financial transactions (refunds, reversals, rebills, captures, chargebacks).
Document cases and resolutions in the ticketing system.
